Nestled in the heart of Edmonds, this vehicle licensing subagent office has been an integral part of the community for generations. In March 2024, a new chapter began as ownership of this historic establishment changed hands. We, Lynn Kamacho and Marci Norman, sisters and lifelong residents of the area, feel privileged to have been entrusted with this role by the Washington Department of Licensing.

With a deep-rooted connection to our community, we are excited to lead this office into its next era of service and support. Our team, comprised of seasoned Licensing Representatives, brings together years of experience and expertise. Their dedication to serving our residents and local dealerships has been unwavering, and we are committed to maintaining this standard of excellence.
